Snowflake is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager in Paris to support our growth in France!

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for driving demand through field programs to meet or exceed revenue goals for the region's sales teams.

You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build a customer relationship.

This position supports sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment. You will collaborate closely with Snowflake's sales, sales development, and the marketing teams to plan and execute. This field-based position requires some experience across verticals, as well as managing events and C-level executive programs.

In addition, you must successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.

Job Description:

• Build a strategic plan to support sales teams, including 3rd party industry conferences, Snowflake-driven event series, industry and hospitality field events
• Educate the sales team and sales development reps on new and existing marketing activities being performed
• Own and drive logistics and execution of all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events' sales staffing
• Collaborate with the alliances' organisation and alliances marketing on Snowflake's strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events
• Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
• Evaluate all regional campaigns' impact and ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
• Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget
• Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
• Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow
• Manage internal field and events communication between sales and marketing
• Represent Snowflake to counterparts at partners, vendors, and outside vendors
• Tracking program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics

Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
• Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, Wordpress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Experience building and delivering large field marketing campaigns, events, and executive programs.
• Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
• Embodies strong organisational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales
• Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
• Ability to travel frequently as needed to support in-person events
• We are looking for someone who is based in Paris and available to work from the office minimum three days a week
