Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing data of past financial performance to glean insights and train models to help predict future financial performance. The Senior Finance Analyst will be accountable for finance verticals, including FP&A, market research, acquisition integration, and financial modeling. They should be familiar with different finance, accounting, and planning calculations. The ideal candidate will also be tech-savvy with the ability to utilize data warehouses and different systems to turn data into insight and action.
General Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relevant KPI and FP&A dashboards.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting of the business.
- Support the collecting and analysis of relevant financial data to aid in leadership decision-making.
- Develop and perform standardized cost-benefit analysis to help prioritize projects.
- Responsible for monthly compilation and distribution of financial review packages and statements for different stakeholders
- Interact with accounting and data teams to ensure accuracy of recorded financial data.
- Partner with peers in cross functional teams to achieve the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business or function and implement effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to deliver insights and ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Provide input and identify opportunities to improve process, data and technology to drive standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Identify and track key financial risks and opportunities and communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develop ad hoc analysis and complex modeling including cost of services and associated trends, both financial and nonfinancial, to enable decision making and evaluate key performance indicators.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a finance analyst position with experience participating in a company's annual budget process, required
- Strong financial modeling skills required
- Ability to interpret financial statements, analyst results and identify key issues
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data is required
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets
- In touch with current market conditions that may impact financial outcomes
- Good understanding of technology and its relation to the finance and FP&A process. This includes familiarity with protocols to securely transmit data, building no-code workflows, and data creation and reporting.
- Ability to learn new systems and leverage systems to improve work products
- Creative, out of the box thinker who refuses to accept the status quo
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven track record of prioritizing work and managing multiple projects, in addition to daily workload
- SQL Experience a plus
- Excellent verbal, electronic, and written communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
- Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
- Ability to travel, up to 10%
