Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Finance Analyst / Accountant

Position type: Full-time/ Contract

Duration: Through March 2024

Location: Remote

As a Senior Finance Analyst / Accountant you will:

• Record revenue and expense journal entries for monthly accounting close • Verify payment amounts from affiliate partners and provide codings to the Accounting • Reconcile monthly payments and applied to proper accounting months • Download files from affiliate partners for revenue for revenue accruals, payment reconciliations and accounting analysis • Review payments received and analyze vs. forecast • Accrue affiliate revenue for all partners • Become familiar with invoice coding process and ensure that invoices are coded and tracked properly vs. budget • Partner with Sr. Content & Operations Manager with tracking freelancer and content expense

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years experience in accounting role • Ecommerce affiliate revenue experience a plus • In-depth knowledge and understanding of GAAP • Proficient in the use of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) • Strong organizational and communication skills • BSc/BA in accounting or relevant field

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35 - $50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
