The North America Marketplace Partners Finance team is responsible for managing Nike's financial health & relationships across our portfolio of retail partners. Leveraging marketplace strategy, consumer trends and Partner insights, the NA NMP Finance team drives annual and in-season financial plans in support of our overall marketplace strategy and financial ambitions and evolution of our wholesale partnerships. The team collaborates internally with account leads and cross-functional partners including DSM, MPO, Strategy and Partnership Transformation (among others), and externally with Partner Finance & Planning teams to drive financial alignment & planning in support of our joint goals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Account Team as we continue to evolve the Nike Sport Marketplace to better serve athletes*. This person is a self-motivated, strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build deep relationships with business partners and be eager to leverage financial analysis to help bring our marketplace strategies to life!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will help support the overall financial health & strategy of our Partner portfolio, including managing revenue and account profitability. Workstreams will focus on reviewing terms and conditions, activating connected partnerships, collaborating with Partnership Transformation to determine investment priorities and delivering impact assessments in support of critical initiatives at the account level. In this role, you will also help support quarterly and annual financial planning through monthly forecast reviews and the Annual Operating Plan process in partnership with the NMP Finance Center of Excellence, DSM, MPO and Account teams.

You will support analysis and recommendations based on qualitative & quantitative insights while innovating how partner finance delivers information through facts, storytelling and visualization. You will leverage marketplace strategy and Partner insights & information to support the creation of forward-looking fact-based recommendations.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Account Team Finance Director and support the team's Finance Managers. You will collaborate internally with account teams and cross-functional partners including DSM, MPO, Strategy and Partnership Transformation (among others) to drive overall financial alignment & planning in support of our strategic goals. Within the Finance organization, you will work closely with the NMP COE, Business Planning and Margin Planning teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance or Accounting or combination of relevant education, experience and training
• Self-starter that anticipates problems, identifies opportunities and provides creative solutions
• Enthusiastic about working in a multifaceted business along with the passion and energy to drive results
• Strong communication skills, including ability to effectively convey complex financial analysis in a clear visual manner
• Team player with a positive attitude, curiosity to learn about other areas of the business/industry and willingness to share team responsibilities
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning/management activities is a plus
• Experience in financial planning and analysis at a large corporation or management consulting / investment banking is a plus
