*We have a remote-first culture and this position can be based anywhere from Australia or New Zealand. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid if you are in Melbourne. We encourage you to work in the way that best suits you.

Culture Amp is looking for an individual who is deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek. Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Global Senior Finance Business Partner to join us in our mission to partner with strengthening the Commercial Finance muscle, particularly helping drive financial and commercial acumen and supporting the Corporate/Org vertical. This is a true business partnering role which will be focused on partnering with our key stakeholders within the Org vertical which includes Finance, Business Operations, Legal, HR and Risk. The management accounting side (while important) will only be a small portion of your responsibilities. The key focus will be providing valuable (analytical) insights, advice through financial acumen, business case support and ultimately bolstering financial awareness within the business.Â

You will:
- Provide excellent Business Partnering support to our local and international stakeholders within the Org vertical which includes our Finance, Business Operations, Legal, Risk & HR departments
- Drive budgeting & forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking)
- Commercial analysis / planning (all ad-hoc requests to understand commercial impacts)
- Provide key metrics insights, scenario modeling and support
- Business Case Support
- Reporting alignment (inc data) with GTM
- Have a natural curiosity in learning, interest in attention to detail, getting things right and be excited to roll your sleeves up
- Proactively work with the business to bring insights, commercial acumen, improve reporting, drive efficiency and educate / empower where necessary
You have:
- 5 to 7 years of Finance experience, primarily in the areas of business partnering, strategic finance / FP&AÂ
- Ideally 2+ years of SaaS industry experience (not a core prerequisite)
- Proven experience in managing & advising senior stakeholders in a commercial support function
- Strong ability to build models and develop professional outputs for consumption
- Track record extracting, manipulating and making sense of large data sets
- Have strong commercial acumen
- Ability to partner with senior management locally, but report internationally

- Have a detailed understanding of our business and what makes it tick
- Be contributing towards the commercial evolution of our business
- Have forged strong / constructive relationships with key stakeholders
