Position Overview

The right candidate for this role will be a highly strategic business partner, to execute high quality and efficient operation. They will work collaboratively with other functions within and outside finance and adhere to their fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. Outstanding knowledge of financial planning, modeling, accounting and, strategic planning will be required to perform the role successfully.

The position is posted in Bay Area, CA but is can be flexible in for remote work from any cities in American and other countries.

Responsibilities

• Support WW Sales Finance strategic intent and expansion initiatives including financial projections, investment plans, ROI analysis, performance tracking and variance analysis
• Interface with Sales Finance management and other finance team on key programs and initiatives
• Provide financial advice and support to the Global Revenue Operations (GRO) team who is responsible for business model policy and projections
• Collaborate with WWS, GRO Sales Strategy team and COO FP&A team to define GTM strategy
• Support WWS to model and analyze account segmentation, investment, and productivity reporting
• Represent WWS Finance to ensure communication around various programs is provided to key stakeholders
• Collaborate and collect information on pricing initiatives raised by WWS or GRO
• Play a key role for internal control, compliance and fiduciary

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plus
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis background
• Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with key sales functions and sales methodologies
• Detail oriented with the ability to communicate the appropriate level of detail, depending on audience
• Experience working as part of a global team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
• Articulate and concise with strong communication and influencing skills
• Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company or digital business support is a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Understand SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, SFDC and other financial systems
