This role is an integral position within the Finance Digital Enablement Office Team, which has overall responsibility to manage the Finance digital transformation to enable both Finance process efficiencies and use of modern platforms. This role reports into the Financial Systems Solutions Manager and is responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the Finance data analytics solutions. You will work closely with Finance functional leaders, IT Technical experts and others to design solutions to business issues on a Microsoft Azure Data Analytics and Power Platform. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the Finance organization's digital transformation.

Essential Functions
• Understand and interpret functional/business requirements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver Azure Data Analytics and Power Platform solutions
• Familiarize yourself with key applications, systems and/or platforms to bring into integration designs
• Contribute and drive the digital platform enablement strategy and vision
• Collaborate with the various technical teams to understand the impact of the digital solution on the business/functional processes
• Design innovative solutions, constantly exploring and challenging business outcome needs and removing barriers to execution through collaboration with others
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Data Owners and Subject Matter Experts both within the Finance function and in its stakeholders' organizations
• Work within a project management/agile delivery methodology
• Provide a long-term perspective for functional digital technology choices using technical judgement
• Maintain technical and functional skills and knowledge, continuously striving to stay on top of technical trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community while educating functional customers on the platform
• Act as a liaison with our Data and Analytics Technical team as well as our outside partners including Microsoft
• Design and help deliver a new modern Finance's customer experience platform

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

SKEE (Skills, Knowledge, Education, Experience)
• Typically requires 8+ years of related experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Data Analytics and Power Platform including Azure SQL, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Tabular Editor, DevOps, PowerBI, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong hands-on experience with several languages is necessary (SQL, Python, DAX, PowerShell, Power Query, etc.)
• Sound knowledge in security standards (RLS, OLS, FLS)
• Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, and collecting data from multiple data systems
• Proven business partner - results oriented, resourceful, service driven professional
• Strong functional background of Finance function
• Strong organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Microsoft Data, Power BI and Power Platform certification not required but considered a plus

• Strong maturity and integrity as the position deals with highly confidential business information
• Strong attention to detail for completeness, accuracy and consistency of data and solution delivery
• Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization and influence others who do not report directly to them
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Accepts Role Requirements
• Minimal travel - less than 10%
• Ability to flex work schedule to accommodate business needs including working across multiple time zones
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive and sometimes unstructured environment
