THE ROLE: Senior Finance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to join our team. The Senior Director - Finance role is a key role that reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will provide support to the CFO across all corporate finance matters and will participate in monthly results preparation, Board and management presentation preparation, budgeting coordination, forecasting coordination, cash flow management, acquisition modeling and accounting matters. This role will essentially serve as a chief of staff to the CFO and will be exposed to many facets of the finance function providing a tremendous professional growth opportunity for the successful candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of finance leadership to design and implement repeatable planning, forecasting and reporting processes
• Develop, maintain and monitor KPI's and be able to articulate key drivers
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual dashboards
• Identify unstructured problems and drive solutions across function(s)
• Support executive-level programs and initiatives, including cost/benefit analyses and tracking of other relevant financial metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance with experience in PE-backed organization a plus
• Strong analytics background and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence without direct authority
• Detail-oriented and data-driven problem solver who can make decisions under pressure
• Advanced Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in PowerPoint developing Board and Executive level presentations
• Comfortable analyzing and modeling income statement, balance sheet and cash flows
• Experience working with large datasets including experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar data modeling and business intelligence tools
