Summary:Â
The OneDigital Senior Finance Integration Analyst supports the Finance Integration Team in onboarding of newly acquired/merged OneDigital offices. This role will be a key supporting player to transition new offices into OneDigital’s financial systems and operational processes.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Â
- Actively oversee assigned projects and play a key role in the planning and project management tracking with limited guidance by the Finance Team Leaders
- Be the main point of contact representing the Finance team for new acquisitions
- Work with the new office alongside the Integration team to integrate the office’s financial data into OneDigital’s ERP and help lead the coordination to resolve any potential roadblocks of the financial integration
- Participate on integration calls with new offices alongside Team Project ManagersÂ
- Work cross-functionally across the entire organization and to support the Finance Integration Team being a one-stop resource for new offices as they transition into OneDigital’s financial landscape
- Master the basic duties of the major financial teams and be able to apply the core concepts in the onboarding of new offices
- Perform Help design and create solutions for processing revenue and dispensing producer compensation for new offices that do not follow OneDigital’s established formatÂ
- Communicate clearly with new offices and be willing to coordinate any help they need even if outside the finance department
- Perform monthly reporting and auditing as needed , and various ad hoc reporting and analysisÂ
- Lead in training of new offices and Conduct training for the Finance Team to help tie the operational knowledge of the departments togetherÂ
- Maintain the Finance Integrations reporting and tracking for the Executive team and articulate the status of any office integrationsÂ
 Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with various levels of organization including senior leadershipÂ
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis on Excel data (e.g., Complex LOOKUPs, PivotTables, and IF statements including SumIFs and CountIFsÂ
- Ability to work independently and well-organized with a strength in prioritizing tasks/projects
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and/or general database structure a plus
- Experience in project management
 Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Finance, Accounting, or Business related fields preferred
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of work experienceÂ
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
