The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

 

We’re looking for a Senior Finance M&A Integration Analyst to join the Finance & Accounting Team!

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with professionals across Snap to deliver cross-functional project support.

  • Coordinate and execute cross-functional team initiatives that help us realize our shared department goals and deliver process optimization/automation with a particular focus on the Accounts payable process

  • Primary focus will be on conducting vendor rationalization, onboarding new suppliers and training surrounding M&A integration into our Accounts Payable processes 

  • Provide management support for multiple projects across the Finance organization and with our key business partners primarily focused on M&A integration

  • Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, suggesting mitigations to risks, actions to close issues or complete open items 

  • Partner with IT to develop business requirements, establish timelines, and ensure on time completion of projects

  • Find opportunities to improve processes or use technology to automate activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with data conversion, change management and communications

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor master data management

  • Experience in developing work plans, project scopes, business cases, and/or presentations 

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation a plus

  • Meticulous attention to detail for data migration, project status reporting, issue/resolution tracking, and risk management

  • Flexibility to work extended hours and to participate in events outside of standard working hours

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead meetings

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization and be viewed as a phenomenal teammate

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience within a corporate finance or accounting team 

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • CPA or other relevant certification/advanced degree

  • 2+ years of cloud system implementation and/or M&A integration experience in a finance corporate role, including experience crafting and delivering training and communications to broad partner groups

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 160,000 annually

  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - 152,000 annually

  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $94,000 - 136,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
