Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Healthcare segment finance team in Leawood, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Healthcare's consolidated planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, including the Annual Operating Plan, the Long Range Plan, and monthly Internal and Executive Segment Reviews
• Partner with the Healthcare segment finance team and Healthcare's cross-functional leadership on key reporting and analysis initiatives
• Enhance Healthcare's commercial insights, including the standardization of pricing analytics and the support of the further build-out of billings drivers (product, channel and customer views)
• Lead Healthcare segment-wide analysis on expense and capital investment analysis, including return on investment for capital projects, customer acquisition cost, functional OpEx analysis, and channel profitability analysis
• Support key corporate initiatives, such as market size analysis, M&A/transaction analysis and due diligence, lender call support, and board presentations

Skills:

• High attention to detail and quality output. Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement in the delivery of financial information and processes.
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting with an ability to manage multiple deliverables and be able to work/problem solve independently.
• Strong analytical capability combined with skills to present data to drive insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are critical.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Data warehouse, Microsoft BI or Tableau background a plus.
• Experience with financial system and/or tool implementation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and achieve deadlines

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other quantitative area. Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a preferred 5 years in financial reporting & analysis
