Druva is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager of Finance GTM, depending on experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally within finance and partner with sales leaders, revenue operations, product, and marketing to perform financial and strategic analyses to support decision-making and accelerate growth.
In This Role, You Will

• Drive forecasting and annual planning for bookings, churn, downsell, ARR, NRR, operating expenses, headcount, and performance optimization to support the Sales and Marketing business units.
• Provide analyses and insights into key metrics to serve as thought partners to the sales leaders of Druva in their strategic and operational decision-making.
• Share valuable insights on operational and financial metrics as needed and part of monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• You will be able to understand the full sales cycle and identify where the company should focus efforts
• Provide financial and strategic perspectives on business planning workstreams, including sales compensation, and pricing/packaging.
• Assist with process and systems improvements to drive the company’s continued growth and scaling.

Requirements

• You have 6-8 years of directly applicable experience, with time spent in Finance/FP&A positions within a top technology company
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of executing on a shared vision, engaging culture, and delivering on priorities.
• You take pride in your analytical skills and enjoy applying them to tackle complex business problems and drive actionable recommendations.
• You can operate through ambiguity, complete projects end-to-end independently, and prioritize your workload.
• You have a track record of maintaining strong relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners.
• You enjoy being part of a team and practice confidence without attitude or ego.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $135,000 and $232,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
