Responsibilities:

• Responsible for auditing and approval of MDF Fund Claims, tracking Accruals
• Facilitate Oracle account setup with Accounting
• Manage Fund Claim Payment File and ongoing payment log
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders by creating and analyzing reports
• Manage and track ongoing adjustments to MDF Quarterly Budgets
• Provide support to partners with Portal access issues, payment status inquiries
• Assist Accounting in quarter-end accrual reporting review
• Weekly Rebate Reporting for multiple regions, prepare quarterly slide review/ analysis
• Identify and resolve issues in POS data
• Compile rebate payment file, obtain invoices from banking partner
• Generate Purchase Requisitions in Oracle for rebate payments
• Work with sales team to maintain accurate contact data for rebate recipients
• Obtain banking information from new rebate recipients
• Resolve unsuccessful payments with third party payment provider
• Manage approvals and tracking process for bulk buy orders
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge/Experience working with Oracle and Salesforce.com
• Organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in fluent English
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
