We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.
Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst role provides structure, consolidation, and analysis of financial data; develops budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports. This role is the primary business partner for the Customer Experience, Renewals and Professional Services organization in addition to supporting the Corporate Cash Flow and Ad-Hoc/Quarterly Lender process for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the planning, analysis, coordination and consolidation of the Customer Experience, Renewals and Professional Services departmental budgets and forecasts
- Prepare and review Annual Recurring Revenue metrics for various stakeholders
- Support the Corporate Cash flow process by working closely with the Accounting team for creating the budget and forecast process as well as actual variance analysis
- Support the Ad-Hoc/Quarterly Lender process by working closely with Accounting for creating and providing necessary analysis/documents needed
- Support the maintenance and integrity of the Planning tool (Adaptive Insights) for all hierarchy updates/changes needed for actuals, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial results
- Understand and analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to finance and departmental leadership for improvements
- Manage and coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting, validate accuracy and assist FP&A team in creation of analysis and presentations for executive leadership and board of directors
- Gather, manage, and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis; identify trends, extract insights and deliver actionable presentations of findings
- Perform Ad Hoc Projects and Analyses
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a corporate finance position with a track record of increased responsibilities
- Software/SaaS industry preferred
- Experience in financial modeling, business analysis, FP&A, business integration, analytics in a corporate (HQ) environment
- Experience working closely with and interacting with Executive level management
- Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel experience REQUIRED. Data mining and advanced data management & reporting skills required (Pivot, Vlookup, Data tables)
- Experience with major reporting tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Salesforce.com strongly preferred
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and successfully work on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting, MBA preferred
This position offers a salary range of $82,000 to $117,000 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
