The Senior Financial Analyst will be the go-to person for forecasting and financial reporting within the finance function. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll work closely with the cross-functional teams across the organization to keep our forecast as accurate as possible, and deliver the crucial information our internal and external stakeholders need to assess how we’re doing and how we make the business perform even better. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a financial model and budget for operations and fundraising. This will require working closely with teams across the organization, including People Operations, Go to Market and Engineering, to determine what their plans are and reflecting any changes as they come. 
  • Preparing financial reports for internal and external financial statement users, including budget to actual, historical and pro forma. Meeting with stakeholders to provide context and analysis around the company’s financial performance.
  • Partner with sales, growth, business operations teams to understand the company’s performance in all areas. Maintain the company’s KPIs, understanding the levers that impact them and making projections based on a holistic understanding of the company’s trajectory and relevant benchmarks.
  • Work as a business partner to each department budget holder, assist them in budget management and assess opportunities for ROI.
  • Prepare diligence materials for future financing activities and valuations.

  • Curious about the business and the procurement landscape. Excited to dig into the data, work with people to learn more about what they do, and find trends to help us plan our future. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and enjoy people almost as much as spreadsheets. 
  • Willing to pitch in wherever needed. Whether it’s acting as a key person in an accounting internal control process, helping the data team disposition some SKUs or giving a team member a high five, you are ready to help out and support the team.
  • You’re nice to be around. You know you’re stuff, but you’re humble about it.If we’re spending about a third of our time together, it’s good to like each other! 
  • Accountable for your projects - getting things done on time, owning your mistakes (they happen!) and putting pride into your work.
  • Excited to build new things in a fast-changing environment. Thinking ahead, but being willing and able to pivot when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Killer Excel skills
  • Bonus points:
    • Saas experience
    • Netsuite know how


For this role we are looking for a candidate based in the United States. The compensation range for this position is between $119-$140K per year base salary + equity and benefits, and is dependent on years and depth of experience.
