Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Smartsheet’s Finance team helps achieve our operational and financial goals, and connects the dots between Smartsheet’s operational and business strategies to shape near and long-term financial performance. We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate team. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with our structured forecasting processes and regular cadences of the FP&A program. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the entire FP&A team, Accounting, and Investor Relations teams to drive insights on how Smartsheets' financial profile is evolving.

This role reports to the Corporate FP&A Manager located at our office in Bellevue, WA and is remote eligible.
You Will:
- Support the rolling forecast process to scale company-wide projections on key financial metric performance
- Perform budget vs. actual, variance to forecast, and forecast over forecast analysis to highlight material deviations from prior expectations and areas needing forecast accuracy improvement
- Manage cadence of monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes and drive end-to-end completion of vital FP&A programs
- Support financial systems administration and development of core reporting to facilitate forecast and actuals review processes
- Assist with the creation of monthly/quarterly presentation materials for senior leadership reporting and board of directors meetings
You Have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics or related quantitative field preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Working knowledge of enterprise financial planning software such as Planful, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan; experience with Tableau a plus
- General understanding of corporate finance concepts; familiarity with SaaS finance preferred
- Experience with complex financial models
- Excellent communication skills, an ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity

Smartsheet provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $97,200 to $140,400 | All other US States: $90,000 to $130,000
