Senior Financial Analyst

ADP is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for complex reports and analyses using strong skills and extensive proficiency. Uses creative insights into financial situations. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced Financial Analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs financial analyses on operating results and/or business plans to determine rates of return, and/or other business metrics used for reporting and decision support.
• Prepares budget analyses.
• Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
• Performs analyses to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
• Works closely with other internal departments, such as Service, Implementation, Sales to identify opportunities to improve client retention and efficiencies. construct client proposals, analyze price change impacts.
• Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent in education and experience
• 5-8 years as a Financial Analyst with a proven proficiency in performing complex financial analyses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• MBA degree or credits toward MBA, or MS in Business Analytics or similar degree
• Post MBA Internship
• Experience leading small projects
• Expert knowledge of Excel required.
