What You’ll Do:
- Assist with co-authoring highly visible and extremely important business reporting to senior management.
- Use data systems such as Tableau and Cube to identify insights and surface to management.
- Works closely with internal teams on defining and building new solutions
- Responsible for overall maintenance of key Finance applications, including upgrades and other critical support needs
- Provides feedback to the Finance stakeholders regarding future solution needs
- Analyze, interpret and present relevant financial data and key business metrics to senior leadership - partner closely with cross-functional stakeholdersÂ
- Build a transparent financial framework that helps P&L owners identify and strategize additional opportunities for investment and growth
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Collaborate with other members of Finance and Accounting to prepare and deliver weekly and monthly management reports to key team members
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting team related to productivity, reporting and metrics in a timely manner
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting in complex business environments
- Media industry experience is nice to have but not required
- Previous experience in financial modeling, presentations and narratives
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the aptitude to communicate with all levels of management
- Demonstrated experience assisting in decision-making through influence and cross-functional collaboration across various levels and functions
- Ability to quickly learn different accounting/ FP&A software
- Systems power user with a high skill level in managing financial dataflows and databases
*Compensation Range:Â $85,000 - $110,000

Must be located or willing to relocate to New York City Metropolitan Area
*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
