You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, modeling, and reporting that supports both day-to-day execution and long-term planning. Acting as a key partner to cross-functional teams, you will help translate financial data into actionable insights that influence pricing, product investments, and business performance. The position combines hands-on ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking with deep analytical work across SaaS metrics and financial systems. You will also contribute to leadership reporting and board-level materials in a highly visible role. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic decision-making across the business.
- Own annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely updates across stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actuals vs. budget and identify key business drivers impacting performance.
- Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams to support month-end close, reporting processes, and financial data integrity.
- Manage and track SaaS performance metrics, providing insights into revenue trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to evaluate pricing, ROI, and investment opportunities.
- Support preparation of executive and board materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business strategy.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business-critical decision-making.
- 3–6+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, consulting, or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and Excel-based analysis.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, and operational teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
