Job Description
We are looking for an individual contributor with outstanding communication and technical skills to help drive their systems, processes, and decision-making capabilities to the next level.
Requirements
- 4-6 years overall experience working in a financial-based role.
- Experience working in high-growth technology and SaaS companies preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - you're able to tell the story, not just report the numbers.
- Incredible attention to detail and an innate ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to understand our prospects businesses, how our product brings them value, and to summarize that value in an Excel based ROI model.
- Ability to present the findings from the Business Value model directly to our prospects.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- The ability to "dive deep" to understand the nuances of detailed information, coupled with the ability to "come up for air" and present findings to key members of the organization.
- Comfortable making decisions and recommendations in an environment where conclusive data/analysis is not always achievable.
- Outstanding systems skills including Excel, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, and others required. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to create and track performance against their budget.
- Perform pricing and margin analysis on deal proposals to ensure they meet the Company's financial targets.
- Provide business analysis and financial support on internal operations and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the Sales Organization to build accurate and impactful Business Value Models for our prospects.
- Present the Business Value Models directly to key members of the Prospect organization.
- Help maintain the Business Value Model template and ensure it remains updated with all relevant new use cases.
- Prepare financial analysis and provide support on due diligence activity as needed.
- Produce and track key SaaS metrics for the organization (LTV, CAC, renewal rates, etc.).
- Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary for the CFO, CEO, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to Board of Director presentations and communications.
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new systems within the organization.
