Senior Financial Analyst

BlueSnap is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to assist the FP&A Team in several areas, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to turn data into actionable business decisions. The candidate will need to be comfortable with a high-growth environment where change happens quickly. This is a hybrid position based in our Waltham, MA office.
Responsibilities:

• Identifying, quantifying, and reporting on key performance indicators for the senior management team.
• Developing and maintaining standard monthly, weekly, and daily reporting to be consumed both internally and externally.
• Reporting on monthly expense variances from budget and forecasting future performance based on trends and manager input.
• Responding to ad-hoc data requests from our sales, marketing, and other interdepartmental teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and process automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Access or familiarity with database software/principles.
• Self-motivated with the desire to learn and use multiple business intelligence platforms/software.
• Keen analytical skills and the ability to dig into large datasets to answer questions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with OBIEE, Python, VBA, Salesforce.com, or Adaptive Insights a plus.
