Senior Financial Analyst

About the Opportunity

The Senior Financial Analyst is a core team member of the Enterprise Finance team. They combine business acumen and deep statistical analysis to drive optimum operational and strategic decision making for Driscoll's and the enterprise.

They will assist the team in the creation and validation of our integrated Berry Business Plans. The role provides statistical methods, concepts, and analysis that support major business drivers into Driscoll's berry strategic planning. The role will support or lead key projects that requires the ability to work and negotiate requirements across functions including Driscoll Supply Solutions, Growing, Breeding, Supply Chain, Finance, & Sales & Marketing. The Analyst will also support the creation of general reporting needs for the Product Leadership Team and Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for grower econ and production reporting; collaborate with Berry Finance Manager and Berry teams in order to create, maintain, verify, and publish reports on a weekly basis.

• Manages the pro-forma pricing, labor, and delight models including the associated processes around master data, collection and assumptions, presentation and sensitivity analysis. Defines current and future process flows regarding these models.

• Leads the reporting needs and acts as a resource for multiple stakeholders including Enterprise Finance, Product Leadership, District Management, etc.

• Partners with the Berry Finance Managers to support annual strategic planning process and periodic reforecast.

• Manages and distributes weekly Flash Report; validating results.

• Identifies and leads research around innovations in technology and best practices in planning and reporting methodology.

• Advanced operations and financial experience
• Advanced technical experience with the ability to bring together resources and manage projects to completion with a results-driven mentality.
• Advanced analytical skills, the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and identify, analyze complex issues, focus on relevant information; understand and utilize metrics relevant to the role
• Ability to work autonomously, cross-functionally across the organization.

Academic Degree:

• Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accounting/Business

Professional experience on the job:

• 5+ years

• 3 + years

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting policies and standards
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and planning.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally

Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.

Salary Range estimated for the Senior Financial Analyst is: $ 77,100 to $ 108,00 USD.
