Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial insights and recommendations to support E Tech Group business decisions and strategic planning. You will analyze financial data, create financial models, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

You will:

• Maintain and update forecasting software (Planful) for both forecasting and budgeting.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting for various business scenarios and initiatives.
• Create and maintain financial models and dashboards to support decision making and performance tracking.
• Help create and keep financial and operational reports and dashboards up to date.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and projections to senior management.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings, including Board meetings.
• Provide recommendations and insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.
• Collaborate with divisional controllers and business partners to provide financial guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Participate in various projects as required.
• Work internally with the analytics team to vet dashboard data for both accuracy and clarity.
• Be an ambassador that prioritizes the success of E Tech Group, our Clients, and the Careers of our associates. 

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
• Planful and Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and ratios.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

This role is hybrid office & WFH.
