  • Develop and deliver vendor stratification reporting.
  • Develop and deliver contract lifecycle reporting.
  • Strategize, develop and implement process improvement initiatives and serve as a resource to EST team members to enhance their ability to understand and provide effective financial tools to their business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
  • 7 years of related work experience required beyond degree (ex. 11 years of experience without bachelor's degree required).
  • Experience with financial reporting analysis; advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (creating graphs, pivot tables, VLookup and charts).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a contract negotiation team.
  • Experience supporting a sourcing team.
  • Healthcare experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced working knowledge and skill in the financial field with ability to function as a subject matter expert.

  • Proven or demonstrated skills in leadership, collaboration, teamwork, professionalism and positive interactions with others.
  • Experience effectively communicating business critical information in a succinct and timely manner with stakeholders.
  • Experience with strategizing, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to flex communication style appropriately depending on the audience.
