Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst helps support the global financial consolidation process ensuring the accumulation, processing, and interpretation of information necessary for the preparation of accurate, timely, and relevant internal and external financial statements. They manage the corporate general ledger, performing the accounting function and reconciling accounts. The Senior Financial Analyst is a also key support role to help produce meaningful financial statements, budgets and forecasts. This person works with others to participate in continuous improvement activities and to support Company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the month end close process by loading financial results in OneStream (financial consolidation system), loading and distributing FX rates, assist with monthly headcount reporting, prepare and record journal entries as needed, assist in reviewing and resolving intercompany transactions, analyze financial results, and report on key variance drivers.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of month end financial reports.
  • Prepare monthly corporate reporting and interface with corporate departments to manage spending.
  • Support Corporate Functional leaders through business partnership and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Manage the corporate ledger, doing all accounting and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the annual budget process, both at Corporate and in the business units.
  • Assist in the quarterly forecast process, both at Corporate and in the business units.
  • Perform periodic OneStream maintenance and serve as a OneStream administrator.
  • Support OneStream enhancement projects.
  • Assist in the annual financial and bank audits of the Company's financial statements.
  • Perform financial analysis to help identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Ability to develop relationships and partner with individuals in various areas of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and two plus years of progressively responsible related experience.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • SAP and OneStream experience is preferred
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with management, peers and information users
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions using learned techniques and tools.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to understand and apply learned concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization and decision-making skills.
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Computer Applications Skills: Ability to work in a Windows environment, to work with your department's business applications and with standard current computer applications.
