Job Description

Primary Objective of Position:This role will serve as a financial business partner to the company's enterprise functions teams (Operations, HR, Legal, IT, Enterprise Marketing, Finance, etc.) and assist FP&A with reporting responsibilities and key initiatives. This position will work closely with our functional leaders and their teams to provide insightful analysis and business support on key projects, monthly department spending, and our annual budget and forecast cycles.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements.
  • Accountable for department reporting, including the development and improvement of interactive department templates and consolidations.
  • Develop efficient methods for extracting and analyzing data to drive relevant insights.
  • Investigate discrepancies between actuals and expectations.
  • Train department owners in new and improved tools and financial literacy.
  • Assist with FP&A initiatives, (i.e. creation of Enterprise Rate/Volume/Mix analysis).
  • Assist in preparing Executive and Board of Director level materials.
  • Assist in the transformation of current reporting systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with BUs on ad hoc data compilation and analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area of emphasis.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems.
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
