Senior Financial Analyst

Southeast Toyota Distributors, the world's largest independent distributor of Toyotas, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis efforts. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about driving business performance, analyzing complex financial data, and making strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for key initiatives, including sales, operations, and capital investment efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
• Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and MBA or MSF required
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills or interest in developing presentation skills
• Track record of continuous process improvement
• Software: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI, MS D365 (preferred), Essbase, Hyperion Planning
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
