The Corporate Planning and Control – Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of FSGA Planning and Control Team. This position provides support to business units with FSGA management, budget, forecast, month-end, prepares multiples reports for management, and supports process improvement within the group.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Fixed SGA budget, forecast, accrual and tracking, financial reporting, account analysis & reconciliations, and month-end close.

Working as a liaison, directly supporting Business Units and Business Planning Organization by: preparing and reviewing journal entries/reconciliations and determining financial impact and/or underlying transactions; making necessary recommendations; and providing meaningful/insightful reports to support the business.Â

Accurate reporting and proactive follow-up to ensure process runs smoothly.

Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously as well as potentially leading projects.

Support new process improvements and new report requirements.

Cost Center Management and Table of Authority
-
Perform ad-hoc analysis & reporting.

Ideal candidate will have advanced excel and SAP knowledge.

Backup for other CPC operations.
Qualifications
-
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
-
3-5 years Commercial finance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
-
Experience applying quantitative business analysis and communicating results.

Must have a very strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent working knowledge of SAP. PowerQuery, and PowerBI is highly desired
-
Ability to communicate effectively with Internal and External customers / business partners

Ability to prioritize duties, work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and the ability to meet a variety of deadlines on diverse projects simultaneously is required
-
Must have experience independently partnering with non-finance/accounting departments
-
Must be very detail oriented, display excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
