Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join Global Operation and Technology Front End Finance team to support Wilmington Wafer Fabrication Factory. This role is based in Wilmington, MA location and requires to be onsite at least 3 days a week. This critical role requires great attention to details, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, working knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting as well as strong excel skills.
Primary Responsibilities and duties:
- Lead and provide accurate and complete financial results during the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process and perform variance analysis.
- Drive quarter budget forecasting including expense, headcount and capital.
- Track all the assets moved in and out Fab and help maintenance complete and accurate asset register in SAP. Provide timely update of asset movement to fixed asset team.
- Perform monthly Fab/Trim/Diebank Inventory cycle counts and facilitate quarterly inventory count observed by external auditor; perform annual raw silicon count.
- Support Fab process standard cost refresh.
- Provide support to Fab daily operations, i.e. review and approve eReqs.
- Help identify cost savings/productivity improvement initiatives and work with business owners to drive and monitor results.
- Work with Mfg internal front end finance team in support of ad hoc requests & initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience;
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Anaplan preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
