General Summary and Purpose:

Victory Capital Management is looking for a fulltime Fund Administration Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the Fund Administration team and will work with other team members in overseeing the work related to 1940 Act mutual funds, including reviewing regulatory reports, oversight of accounting agent, monitoring expense accruals and invoice processing, and supporting the funds valuation process.

You will report to the Fund Administration Director.

You Will:

• Understand and evaluate valuation tools and techniques used to price financial instruments including equity, fixed income, and derivatives; and the regulatory framework guiding financial instrument valuation for investment companies
• Share responsibility for mutual fund pricing and fair valuation to include daily pricing injects, questions from 3rd party service providers, and identify trends and make recommendations based on the analysis performed.
• Serve on the Pricing and Liquidity Committee and responsible for daily and monthly monitoring of the liquidity risk management program.
• Validate monthly fund expense fee calculations provided by 3rd party service provider
• Process fund expense invoices for payment and analyze waivers and reimbursements and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Validate accuracy of monthly market value, returns, and prepare board reporting
• Provide regulatory reporting oversight, analysis, reconciliations, and research for management and related audit support.
• Serve as an advisor to management and subject matter expert. Facilitate relationships with business partners.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 6+ years of Mutual Fund financial / accounting / analysis or relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in applicable Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Bloomberg
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to function in a dynamic, tight deadline environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and can work independently and in a team environment
