The Role

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support internal departments by analyzing past financial data to predict future performance and advise on financial strategy. You'll play a vital role in advising department heads as we establish new internal process and expand business opportunities.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide relevant, accurate and timely management information and financial reporting to division executives and their management teams to drive decision making
• Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of revenues and costs
• Manage aspects of reporting and planning: ensuring that financial plans are accurate and ambitious to deliver our strategy
• Develop and deliver best in class KPIs to ensure that the business has a deep understanding of any risk and opportunity
• Work across the finance team and cross functionally to embed best practice and sound commercial behaviors in all parts of the business
• Complete market research and comparable company analysis
• Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
• Lead month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting for divisions
• Provide support and guidance on all projects (ad hoc business cases)
• Support, collaborate and advise senior leadership teams in strategic decision making
• Collaborate closely with teams based out of UK and India
• Analyze business financial data and industry trends to make recommendations
• Create financial models based on analysis to support organizational decision making
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
• Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
• Escalate any financial issues to management

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - Who You Are:

• 7+ years' experience as financial analyst, business partner, or FP&A manager, or similar financial analytics role
• Qualified accountant with a strong track record in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong communicator with the ability to think strategically and translate complex financial information into key business actions
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment with a can-do attitude to ensure the business has the correct level of support and challenge to deliver strong results
• Passion for data with the ability to create and present detailed visualizations to managers
• Experience preparing and delivering regular reporting cycles as well as using and building complex financial models to deliver effective KPIs
• Leadership ability with ability to manage junior analysts
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage several complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience
• Passion for making a difference and being able to shape and impact the development of growing business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), preferred
