Senior Financial Analyst

To lead or assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of key financial and
business reports, data and support decision making for all levels of management. This individual
will be an integral part of the Finance team performing a variety of work with high visibility.

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to develop, implement and maintain key financial
models and business reports to support strategic decision making with our leaders globally.
This is a high impact role that requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative working style and
the ability to execute with quality in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Our ideal Udacian
has a bias for action, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and can communicate complex information
across all levels of the business.

What You’ll Do
● Assist in driving corporate planning, analysis and reporting processes providing information and recommendations to informed key operational, strategic and executive decisions.
● Serve as finance representative for many cross-functional project teams to establish KPIs, processes, and frameworks that increase our efficiency and effectiveness.
● Analyze forecast metrics, providing information for mid-course corrections and support dashboard development.
● Help drive the financial health of the business: report on performance against Plan and explain variances

Qualifications
● 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Corporate Finance or FP&A
● Knowledge of statutory accounting principles and US GAAP
● Exceptional Excel skills
● Superior quantitative and analytical abilities
● Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
● Skilled at balancing attention to detail with swift execution
● Autonomous, self-starter
● Experience at start-up companies a plus
● Experience with Netsuite ERP, Adaptive Planning or equivalent systems
● Experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse or equivalent systems
