As a Finance Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making process. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical prowess to uncover hidden insights and drive positive change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data-Driven Insights:

• Identify bottlenecks, efficiencies, and growth opportunities via data analysis.
• Seek new data sources for enhanced problem-solving.
• Visualize complex data for strategic insights.
• Analyze performance, generate and communicate business insights.

Informed Advisory:

• Provide proactive insights to colleagues and local leadership.
• Collaborate with peers, internationally and domestically, to build best-in-class data modeling and analytics.
• Stay up to date with market insights impacting our business.

Planning & Control:

• Own creation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Support development of strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain KPI’s to drive accountability of key organizational priorities.

Advanced Analysis:

• Conduct complex analyses, generate actionable recommendations.
• Assist in cost determination, pricing, and changes evaluation.

Compliance & Development:

• Continually identify and drive process improvements.
• Uphold finance policies for compliance.
• Elevate professional standards in Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear insights.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
