We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing team and contribute to key financial processes such as variance analysis headcount reconciliations and financial modeling. In this role you will collaborate closely with department heads track budgets accurately and provide strategic financial insights. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A .

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) variance analysis.

• Maintain and refine financial planning models to improve forecasts.

• Participate in monthly financial close processes.

• Reconcile expenses and headcount data.

• Collaborate with cost center owners to review BvA reports and update forecasts.

• Prepare financial presentations with charts and supporting schedules.

• Perform deep-dive analysis on key metrics such as sales pipeline bookings and revenue.

• Lead the selection and implementation of a new FP&A planning tool as the company scales.

• Automate FP&A workflows to improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a business-related discipline with a quantitative focus.

• 4–7 years of FP&A experience in Enterprise software SaaS investment banking or venture capital (SaaS industry experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of financial statement modeling (P&L Cash Flow Balance Sheet) and GAAP accounting rules for SaaS companies.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling with a preference for Google Sheets.

• High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.

• Familiarity with data science including programming in SQL.

• Experience automating financial models and workflows with Google App Scripts or similar tools.

• Advanced certifications such as MBA CPA or CFA.

$93600 - $138000 a year

The base salary range for new hires in this role is between $93000 and $138000 for a level 3. The salary ranges are

determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for

new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and

additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more

about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
