We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our client, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  As a team member, you will support the Communications Information Program, one of the largest operations programs in the organization.  While this position is currently 100% remote, please note the future potential of a hybrid office work environment, which would entail working onsite at the FAA office of  L’Enfant Plaza in Washington DC (metro-accessible).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Support Customer Funds Managements (CFM) Funding Memo (FM) transactions, processes and research

  Support the processing and management of CINP Reimbursable Agreements (RAs) in the FAA Toolset

  Maintain, improve, and communicate the Integrated Funding Process (IFP)

  Interact with Program Managers, Engineers, Contracting Officers (CO), and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) and other FAA stakeholders

  Identify and implement process improvements to financial and business operations

  Extract and organize data for business management support and analysis from multiple systems/tools including BPMS, Delphi, REGIS, and Procurement Request Information System (PRISM)

  Support execution processes including financial reporting

  Support the production of deliverables, ad-hoc reporting and task related administrative functions

  Support and provide business and financial management training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Work authorization
• A college degree and/or 8+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience with financial management concepts including burn rates, formulations and contract management funding
• Demonstrated experience in delivering client presentations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also collaboratively
