Senior Financial Analyst

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You will partner closely with our finance and department leaders to drive organizational growth. This opportunity is a critical, high-impact role that will influence the trajectory and success of the growing and expanding organization.

• Provide financial support to business partners to grow the organization efficiently

• Build and own models for operating expenses

• Collaborate closely with Accounting to deliver accurate financials

• Contribute to building scalable processes and system implementations to support LaunchDarkly’s expansion

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 

• 3+ years of FP&A experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Detail-oriented and consistently accurate

• Highly collaborative and proactive in building effective relationships with business and cross-functional partners

• Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

• Previous experience aiding the financial planning for organizations operating at a rapid pace

• Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and EPM, ideally NetSuite and Adaptive

Specific Requirements:

• Based near HQ

• Willing to come into HQ at least 1x/week

Pay:

Target pay range for a Level 3 in San Francisco/Bay Area: $111,000 - $130,000

*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
