We are looking to enhance our growing Corporate FP&A team with a Sr. Analyst. As part of the team, this role will participate in all aspects of Corporate Finance & FP&A company wide. The role will prepare executive level briefings on business performance, providing variance analysis and forecasting to help the business meet its strategic and financial targets. Additionally, this role will be a key partner to business leadership and report directly to the Director of Finance. This position is very hands-on with the business, and qualified candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment with a strong business acumen.

• Responsible for company’s financial models for forecasting, including 3-statement modeling, capital budgeting, bottoms-up planning, scenario analysis
• Explain business performance through monthly variance analysis of financial statements, highlighting key trends and analyzing the cause of unexpected variances using both financial and non-financial variables
• Key contributor to annual financial planning process, providing key analytics and strategic insights to business leaders, finance, and executives
• Support preparation of monthly executive business reviews and board of director presentations
• Provides analysis of business unit and department financial performance and reporting
• Support ongoing efforts to acquire new companies through forecasting, diligence, and integration support
• Key partner across the business, including sales, operations, finance, and other support functions

Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant experience in the following areas will get you off to a great start:

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, public accounting, corporate FP&A or other analytical roles
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting
• Deep knowledge of FP&A processes and ability to facilitate those processes
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen and an inquisitive mind into underlying drivers of business performance
• Creative problem solving with an ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into practical solutions
• Advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets
• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Power BI and or Tableau skills
• Beginner to intermediate experience with forecasting software and ERP software

Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to meet deadlines.
