As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll join a team focused on guiding our strategic business solutions. You will perform various financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities, assess risk, and dissect performance, while proactively making recommendations to help our business partners enhance our financial strength. Every day will be different as you partner with other members of our global finance team to provide managerial financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and ad-hoc business support. To thrive in this role, you work under limited direction to leverage business assumptions and key drivers to create and present financial insights and key messaging.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
