The Job
UserZoom's FP&A team is a critical part of the company's success. The team leads the planning and forecasting process while supplying business analysis to support the executive team's decisioning process. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on important projects while working directly with the company's Leadership team to continue our superb growth. It is an exciting time to join the FP&A as we build a best-in-class finance team at UserZoom.
Your responsibilities will include;

• Manage the Adaptive application including hierarchies, data loads, and modeling logic
• Reconcile data with Accounting department to ensure accuracy of the system
• Manage the Planning and monthly forecasting cycles and/or ad hoc basis including headcount
• Work on acquisition integration
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
Here's the experience we're looking for:

• Experience in FP&A with administration experience of a FP&A tool (preferably Adaptive Insights)
• Preference that the candidate to be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones but not a requirement
• Accounting knowledge of financial statements
• Strong excel skills are required.
• Experience with NetSuite, Google Workplace, and ADP are a plus
