Senior Financial Analyst, Business Operations

We're currently looking for: Senior Financial Analyst, Business Operations
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Participate in Business Planning and budgeting for R&D organization
• Provide analysis toward Annual and Quarterly operational planning tying business objectives to operational plan, identify gaps and secure funding, match resourcing to quarterly roadmap planning and enable framework for project prioritization.
• Provide reporting on headcount by functional area per domain per location
• Keep track of job requisitions and control numbers assigned and distributed among product verticals
• Identify operational and financial risks and bring it up for review and mitigation
• Work closely with members of product, engineering, recruiting, legal, finance, accounting, human resources (among others) to operationalize recommendations
• Play an active role as a member of Business Operations Team, take on one of several areas of responsibility over time and serve as an expert for those areas

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business or financial operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience presenting hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations to the management
• Effective communication skills at multiple levels of the organization, including management and cross-functional groups
• Familiarity with a product line operational functions including finance, Product Development & Release (PDR)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity
• Reporting skills using Excel, GoogleSheet, SQL, and data mining tools is required
• Experience in Tableau, Lucid chart, creating slides for presentations is plus

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $ 72,360 and $100,500 f or full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
