This is a role well suited toan ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Preempt potential problems and provideeffective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques,knowledge, or processes.
• Display original thinking in applyingprinciples, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems across areas of order management,compensation, budgeting and forecasting expertise, financial analysis, andreporting for Education Workforce Solutions, working directly with ClinicalPractice Head Directors, EWS Operation Directors, EWS Strategy Directors, andService Headquarters functions.
• Oversee all SOX controls related to accruals,pricing & material maintenance
• Lead the financial order process andreconciliation for Education Workforce Solutions
• Primary lead for all EWS compensationcalculations and payment details
• Assist, collaborate and report on all EWSdisputes
• Perform month end closing functions
• Ensure accuracy of orders, invoicing andcompensation based on controls
• Customer orientation and responsiveness in amatrix environment
• Development and automation of new reportingand processes for orders, compensation & disputes
• Financial performance of Education WorkforceSolution

• Independently analyze financial results todetermine accuracy and completeness of information for the Siemens HealthineersUS Education Workforce Solutions (EWS) Organization.
• Act as a key advisor to education management, andlead financial controls and compensation for EWS, provide financial analysis atcomplex levels to include budgeting, forecasting and performance comparisonsfor orders and backlog.
• Develop financial dashboards by utilizingfinancial tools and resources to provide financial information to the educationmanagement.
• Assist in developing financial models tosupport business growth.
• Ensure conformance to IFRS requirements.
• The role impacts a business organization of300+ employees and interacts and advises at all levels of thatorganization. This position reports to the Finance Director of Education WorkforceSolutions.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, andrelated area(s)
• 10+ years in relevant field, balanced againstrelevant Siemens experience
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Effective communicator with team members andwith Senior level management
• Self-starter, capable of bringing projects toa successful conclusion with minimal supervision
• Proficient in downloading data, creatingdatabase driven models, and visual analytics tools experience a definiteplus. Expertise within the Microsoft Office suite of products and ERP(SAP) is necessary. Knowledge of PowerBI is preferred
• Ability to travel
