We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, who can contribute to our fast-paced close process with great attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for the active management of Opex, headcount, Capex and inventory of assigned departments. The position requires close coordination, communication, and effective cross-functional relationships with other team members and department managers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain monthly reporting packages including variance analysis vs budget/ forecast
• Present financial results to department heads and on-level down
• Establish monthly opex forecast in close collaboration with department managers
• Prepare annual budgets for assigned departments including opex, headcount, inventory and capex in close collaboration of organizational stakeholders
• Support the creation of capex requests and track progress of anticipated savings/ revenue impacts
• Responsible for approval of invoices in area of responsibility
• Act as business partner to department managers
• Ad hoc analysis as needed to support decision making processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance;
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis and business partnering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP, and experience in a cross-functional environment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with high attention to detail
• Be a solutions-oriented team player and possess excellent organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities
• Ability to work with a high degree of integrity, professional judgment, and management of confidential and sensitive information
