Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Sr. Financial Analyst for our Revenue FP&A team. This position will report to the Director of Revenue FP&A and play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our revenue-generating activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis supporting revenue-focused teams. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product management to drive revenue growth and manage the budget. Additionally, you will collaborate with Corporate FP&A on monthly reporting and driving standardization. In this highly visible position, you will provide timely financial insights and outlook to make informed and trusted decisions for our company. What You'll Do:

• Revenue Forecasting and Analysis: Support revenue FP&A processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, and annual planning, including revenue variance analysis and management reporting.

• Financial Modeling: Build financial models, forecast revenue, and perform scenario planning, and provide insights into key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators.

• Partnership and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted and dependable partner to sales, marketing, and product management teams, helping solve complex problems.

• Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project support related to revenue initiatives.

• Process Improvement: Promote thought-leadership by identifying areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies.
   

What You'll Bring:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance. Formal training in finance and/or accounting is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a combination of Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Accounting, Revenue/Sales Operation, or Financial Audit.

• SaaS experience preferred.

• Understanding of software revenue recognition under ASC 606.

• Preferred business system experience - Workday Financial, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce.

• Proficiency in SQL & Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Self-starter mentality and a strong sense of ownership.

• High degree of data and modeling skills.

• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
