Senior Financial Analyst

SUMMARY: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst will be a key business partner with NCR leadership and will support all Financial Decision Support and FP&A related activities to support NCR Payments and Network (legacy JetPay business group).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following, other duties may be assigned:

• Support completion, and analysis of creating and maintaining budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Support and prepare business segment specific materials to be used in all monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations to Senior Management Teams
• Work closely with the P&N FP&A finance team to continuously develop enhanced processes related to Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
• Analysis responsibilities include:
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
  • Reporting and tracking KPIs related to key initiatives
  • Prepares financial and business-related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, and working capital.
  • Routinely communicate business unit financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, and key actions.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to successfully pass all background checks
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
