This position is an integral part of the La Mer Global Brand Finance team, providing financial support and extensive analytics to the Brand. This role will support various members of the Global Brand Finance team, corporate reporting group, and other cross functional teams.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
• Maintain and develop reporting to review and interpret the monthly actualized performance and forward-looking estimates. Summarize key comments/insights/variances related to:
o Retail Sales, Net Sales, and full P&L performance at the affiliate and regional level
o Monthly Performance Review (MPR) presentation materials to senior management
o Executive management meeting support analytics
• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of the Global Brand Annual Budget Package Presentation and 3-year Strategy & Long-Range Planning packages to senior management
• Work with senior members of the Global Brand Finance and Strategy team, corporate reporting group and OneSource to develop ad-hoc reporting/analytics for business decision making purposes, while looking for opportunities to streamline recurring reporting
• Perform analytics - Evaluate market share and retail sales performance, door distribution, portfolio mix (region/product category/channel), COGs, and composition and level of operating expenses
• Partner with brand functions including Supply Chain/Global Business Planning, Marketing, and International groups on both recurring and ad-hoc requests and data analytics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience; Finance/Accounting experience preferred.
• Understanding of core accounting and finance concepts developed through education or through work experience.
• Strong Excel spreadsheet experience including data analysis and experience building driver based financial models.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint including strong charting skills.
• Experience with advanced analytical tools such as Tableau and Alteryx preferred but not required
• Budget and Strategy experience and monthly estimate management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with Sr. management (orally and written) in a concise/executive summary fashion. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with short deadlines.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset to improve reports, presentations, and processes.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several.
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance.
