This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A in India.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for a fast-paced, high-growth operations team. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate operational data into actionable insights, guide strategic decisions, and optimize financial performance. The position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping operational efficiency, monitoring transportation and logistics costs, and supporting investor reporting. Accountabilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for transportation and logistics operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop bottoms-up forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making
  • Prepare operational and financial performance reports, including board and investor materials
  • Design and implement financial models and processes to support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvement and automation in reporting
  • Analyze key operational metrics, margins, and trends to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategies that support company growth and profitability
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles, with exposure to 3PL or transportation operations
    • Strong financial modeling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with NetSuite, Smartview, SQL, Power BI, or Power Query is a plus
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced, remote environment
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguities in a dynamic operational context
    • Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration
