Senior Financial Analyst (Hub)

Klaviyo is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Hub Based) who will be a key contributor on the FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Analyst will help with all G&A-related aspects of the annual budget, forecasting, strategic decision making, and business partnering.  This role will be the primary point of contact and have high visibility with senior leadership to provide support and guidance on financial performance of the G&A functions. In addition to regular reporting, the analyst will be a key contributor and influencer on various projects with exposure to company-wide initiatives. The analyst will work closely with members across the organization at Klaviyo to help track progress against budget and forecast and to understand the organization’s future and current spend. The ideal Sr. Analyst will also have experience working cross functionally with multiple business partners and to help the team scale reporting and analytics.

How You Will Make a Difference 

• Primary business partner for Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Information & Security Officer
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to review financial performance and to understand changes in the business that impact the forecast.
• Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Accounting, People Ops, and Talent Acquisition
• Define strategy for budgeted spend and headcount planning
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for the designated business segment by leveraging data driven insights
• Preparation of the annual budget for respective business partners

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3-5 Years of FP&A or Finance experience (SaaS and/or high growth companies preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with financial planning tools
• Excellent storyteller with deep strategic thinking, analytical and financial modeling skills
• Passion for achieving a high degree of accuracy and ownership
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Planful and NetSuite experience preferred
