What you will do:

As a Financial Analyst you will support Stryker Neurovascular's global marketing function, royalty accrual and payment, as well as financial system consolidation process.

• Has responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating operations finance decision support services.
• Acts as key business partner for plant and corporate teams.
• Gathers financial data and presents financial analysis and reporting as necessary (monthly and quarterly) to support global marketing and general and administration functions.
• Assists functional team in creating the annual budget and long-term plan.
• Assists in creating forecast and profitability reviews as necessary.
• Assist in the development of new financial systems which assist the division in controlling its expenses.
• Consolidate WW sales for actual reporting, track new product sales, support the forecasting and budgeting process.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience supporting finance or accounting functions.
• Advanced Excel skills required, SAP & Power BI experience preferred.
• Ability to be a strong business-partner in a matrixed environment.

• Must be able to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday in our Fremont, CA office.

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
