Job Purpose and Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will work within the Commercial Finance team and be a key business partner supporting Market / Distribution accounts with responsibilities in P&L management. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a role demanding proactive decision making & strategy guidance. They will be externally focused and business partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Commercial leadership at all levels.
This is a hybrid position and will report to the Jackson, MI office approximately 2 days/week with up to 15% travel.
What will you do as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dawn Foods?

• Provide strategic business partnering to deliver profitable financial growth while providing a full spectrum of financial control.
• Deliver strategic & operational support to the commercial team (Sales & Marketing).
• Conduct pricing analysis at micro & macro levels.
• Analyze key business drivers & present clear, concise recommendations based on findings to influence business decisions.
• Develop business analytics to support key decision making & profitability governance.
• Support financial planning & forecasting.

What Does It Take to be Senior Financial Analyst at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and 5 years of financial experience or 7 years of financial experience with an Associate's degree in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong commercial business understanding.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.
• Excel experience, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, VLOOKUP, IF statements etc.
• P&L management, accounting, commercial operations, and supply chain experience preferred.

Compensation
$74,590-$116,360/year with bonus incentive
