Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst II - Lifecycle Services with focus on Systems and Solutions Business (SSB) - is a direct report to the Global Lifecycle Services FP&A Manager. This position will be responsible for financial oversight and control, process improvements, and decision support for SSB. The individual in this role will work closely with the SSB leadership team, the Global Analytics and Insight (GA&I) team, and the Lifecycle Services regional controllers to drive improved financial results and better business decision support. Ideal candidates for this role should have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in supporting business partners, self-initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis of monthly financial results vs. forecast, AOP, and prior year
  • Business owner of the financial reports and analysis supplied by GA&I team
  • Monitor and control SSB HQ spend consistent with market conditions
  • Coordination and ownership of quarterly forecast process and analysis including Quarterly Performance Review support
  • Preparation of quarterly unbilled documents for review with Lifecycle Services management
  • Partnership with Lean Six Sigma team to analyze, assess and recommend productivity opportunities
  • Leadership of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and supporting analyses
  • Coordination and oversight of annual labor rate process
  • Support annual recurring revenue strategies
  • Development of annual frontlog margin targets
  • Creation of key performance metrics to help monitor and assess the state of the business
  • Supply insightful analysis, common business sense, and broad thinking to drive business forward


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP, HFM, HP. Experience with IFS 7.5 a plus
  • Strong command of US GAAP, income statement, and balance sheet
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Independent problem resolution and follow through
  • Ability to work across functions and regions to gather pertinent data
  • CPA and/or MBA
